crikxs Terms & Conditions

1.1 Age and Legal Capacity

To register an account with crikxs, you must be at least 21 years of age and have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. crikxs reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account pending verification.

1.2 Restricted Jurisdictions

You may not use the Service if you are located in, or are a resident of, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law. It is your sole obligation to determine whether your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction. crikxs makes no representation that the Service is appropriate or available for use in any particular location.

1.3 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete. crikxs reserves the right to reject any registration or suspend any account where information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

1.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may maintain only one active account on crikxs. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether in your own name or through a third party — is a material breach of these Terms. crikxs will close all duplicate accounts and may permanently ban the player from the platform. Any winnings generated through duplicate accounts will be voided.

2.1 Account Credentials

You are responsible for keeping your username, password, and any other account access credentials strictly confidential. You must not share your credentials with any third party. crikxs will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

2.2 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify crikxs immediately by contacting our support team. crikxs reserves the right to suspend your account pending investigation. All bets, transactions, and activity carried out prior to such notification will be treated as having been authorised by you unless crikxs determines otherwise at its sole discretion.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

crikxs operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit identity verification documents including but not limited to:

• National Identity Card (NID) or passport
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Screenshot or confirmation of your registered mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket)
• Source of funds documentation where large transactions are involved

Failure to complete KYC when requested will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is satisfactorily completed.

2.4 Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal timeline before the account is formally closed. crikxs may also close accounts that have been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to applicable dormancy notification procedures.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3.2 Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 per transaction. Minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method, account tier, and verification status. VIP Black Diamond members may be entitled to elevated transaction limits as part of their tier benefits. crikxs reserves the right to modify transaction limits at its discretion.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours for verified accounts. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are generally settled within 1–4 hours of approval during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. crikxs is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. crikxs will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on the crikxs platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote BDT amounts. Any currency conversion required for international card transactions is the responsibility of the issuing bank and crikxs accepts no liability for conversion rates or fees applied by third parties.

3.5 Refused Transactions

crikxs reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, crikxs may freeze the account and related funds pending investigation and, where required, report the matter to relevant authorities.

4.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by crikxs are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be stated at the time of the offer. These terms may include wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum cashout restrictions. Where these specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific bonus terms will prevail.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. Bonus amounts must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before a withdrawal of the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be made. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each individual promotion page. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated time limit will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

crikxs takes bonus integrity seriously. The following behaviours are considered bonus abuse and will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings, account suspension, and a permanent ban from future promotions:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms (collusion)
• Placing equal and opposite bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk
• Providing false information to qualify for a promotion

4.4 VIP Programme

The crikxs VIP Programme consists of four tiers: Silver, Gold, Diamond, and Black Diamond. Tier advancement is based on cumulative wagering activity. VIP benefits including cashback rates, withdrawal priority, and account host access are governed by the VIP Programme Terms applicable to each tier. crikxs reserves the right to modify the VIP Programme, including tier thresholds, benefits, and structure, at any time.

5.1 Game Rules

Each game category available on crikxs — including live casino tables, slots, crash games, bingo, and sports betting markets — is governed by its own set of game rules accessible within the respective game interface or game information page. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable rules before participating. crikxs accepts no responsibility for losses arising from a player's failure to understand game rules.

5.2 Finality of Results

All game results and bet settlements are final once confirmed by the platform system. In the event of a technical malfunction, disputed result, or data feed error in sports betting markets, crikxs reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. The decision of crikxs in all disputed game or betting outcomes is final and binding.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game, game provider, and account tier. Sportsbook markets carry market-specific maximum payout limits. crikxs reserves the right to reduce bet limits for specific players or events without prior notice.

5.4 Sports Betting — Cricket and Other Markets

Sports betting markets including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and other sports are offered subject to market availability. In-play (live) bets are accepted where markets are available in real time. crikxs accepts no liability for bets placed on incorrect odds resulting from obvious pricing errors. Such bets will be settled at the correct odds or voided at crikxs's discretion.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the crikxs platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the platform
• Using the platform for any commercial purpose, including operating a gambling business on behalf of third parties
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or crikxs staff via any communication channel
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security of the platform
• Placing bets on the basis of inside information or in coordination with event participants (match-fixing)

6.2 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Where crikxs determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in prohibited conduct, crikxs may take one or more of the following actions without prior notice: suspend or permanently close the account; void all pending and settled bets; withhold and forfeit any balances held in the account; report the matter to appropriate legal authorities; and/or pursue civil or criminal remedies as permitted by law.

7.1 Commitment to Player Welfare

7.2 Self-Exclusion

crikxs endeavours to provide uninterrupted access to the platform but does not warrant that the Service will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, and factors outside crikxs's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability. crikxs will not be liable for losses resulting from such interruptions.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, crikxs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service. crikxs's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.3 Third-Party Content and Services

9.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.

9.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and crikxs with respect to your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind between you and crikxs relating to the subject matter hereof.
